The Morning of Our Lives Sour IPA with Orange, Citrus Zest, Cinnamon & Vanilla

Brewed with our friends at Fairweather Brewing this sour, hazy IPA has loads of oats, raw wheat and is generously dry-hopped with Citra hops. It was fermented alongside Brazilian Orange Puree before being infused with orange zest, lemon zest, cinnamon, and vanilla. This beer is big yet soft, juicy, tart, and refreshing. Ending up with flavours that fall somewhere between a mimosa and an orange creamsicle, this is the perfect beer to finally carry us out of snowy days inside and onto patios with friends.

Caleb’s Take

For me, brewing beer has always been a glorified excuse to spend time with my friends. I brewed my first beer ever in a garage with my brother, Luke, and I spent most of my time in college brewing beer with friends in a rotation of garages and backyards. So needless to say, I jumped at the chance to brew a beer with my friends Ram and Brent at Fairweather.
