Brewed with our friends at Malivoire Winery in Niagara Ontario, this tart, brilliantly red Rosé, beer-wine hybrid, is an experimental ale that we are absolutely in love with. We fermented the brew in stainless tanks, atop a half-ton of fresh merlot grapes. This beer is naturally fermented with wild yeast from the grapes. You’ll notice delicious aromas of grapes and red fruits, along with locally foraged sumac flavours for an added gentle tartness. This one is best admired and enjoyed with friends this summer.

|I’m so very excited about this beer. We’ve worked with Malivoire in the past and had great success, but this one is my favourite so far. The blending of two worlds combines to create one fantastic beer. From the beautiful colour, to the vibrant aromas and delicate fruit flavours of this beer, it’s just fantastic and I can’t wait for y’all to try. We bottle conditioned this back in January and have been aging it to perfection, anxiously awaiting its release.|
