Recipe: Muskoka Mice

The perfect snack to have at any barbecue. Enjoy some spicy Muskoka Mice with our full-flavoured Lone Pine IPA – available at the LCBO and in our retail store.

Serves: 4-5 | Prep time: 10 mins | Cook time: 10-20 mins


  • 12 fresh jalapeño peppers
  • 8 ounces of cream cheese
  • 12 pieces of sliced bacon, cut in half


  1. Cut jalapeños in half and remove seeds and veins. (Use gloves to work with peppers).
  2. Fill jalapeños with cream cheese and wrap a half slice of bacon around each (If necessary, secure with a toothpick).
  3. Bake in oven or BBQ at 425 degrees until bacon is done.
  4. Enjoy with a Lone Pine IPA!
