Passionfruit Guava Kettle Sour

Back by popular demand, this kettle-sour is loaded with juicy fruit flavours. This spin-off from our classic Berliner Weisse, Coriolis Effect, promises big passionfruit & guava flavours balanced by a tart, lemon flavour. Passionfruit Guava is a very sessionable brew at 3.5%abv that’s perfect for adding that fruit-punch to your beer line-up this summer.

Last year as part of our FUNKFEST summer series, we did a few variations of Coriolis Effect. James Benson, our Production Manager, suggested we try a Passionfruit Guava blend. It worked. It tasted amazing and was a big hit. Coincidentally, at the same time, we were working together with the Town of Gravenhurst, to put-forth an entry for “Collaboration Nation North” at Session Muskoka Craft Beer Festival in Bracebridge. We decided on submitting Passionfruit Guava, which won the contest! So this summer, we’re brewing it once again, only on a much bigger scale. Stay tuned, because it’s hitting shelves at the LCBO very soon!
