Goin’ Back to Find Spring IPA

An aggressively-hopped pale ale, this beer is all about looking forward to the spring. Using a simple base of 2-Row, oats and wheat, we brewed an easy drinkin’, hazy pale ale to chase away those winter time blues. Using a brand new variety (HBC 692 from YCH Hop Farm), along with some ol’ standbys (Simcoe & Mosaic), this pale ale has hints of lemon, berry and passionfruit.  Bring on the spring!

Sam’s Take

Sometimes brewers just want to have fun. We had an extra tank, some new hops and time to kill ….so let’s brew something new! Brewed in the deepest, darkest, recesses of winter, the brewers needed a little pick-me-up. Enter “Goin’ Back to Find.” We cranked up the Gladys Knight and the Pips, turned on the kettles and had some fun. We hope you have as much fun drinkin’ it as we did brewin’ it. Cheers.
