Let’s Get B.I.S.A: Belgian Inspired Session Ale

Let’s Get B.I.S.A. [ bizzay ] is our take on a hop forward, session pale ale, fermented with Belgian Yeast. This beer boasts a big hop aroma while spiciness from the yeast makes it light and inviting. It’s dry-hopped with Amarillo & Mosaic hops then helped along by the late-hopping of Idaho 7 to create a dry ale with orange, mango and lime citrus flavours. The end result is seriously robust yet simultaneously crushable.

Brewed with our pals at Bar Hop Toronto.

Available at the brewery retail, online store and on tap in The Saloon, Thursday, November 22nd. And don’t miss the Sawdust City crew kicking off the release at Bar Hop Session (681 Danforth Ave. Toronto) on November 22nd, with live tunes by Dan Walsh at 8pm.
