This Vermont-style Session IPA is perfect for crushin’ after a long ride on the trails. Using the simple malt body of a New England IPA and fermenting on Escarpment Labs Vermont Ale yeast we’ve created a flavour that suggests more than the 4.5%abv you get. Finally, we dry-hopped Gnarnia with tons of Cashmere Cryo hops to give it a big citrus aroma and pack it with juicy flavour.
Available, Thursday, May 30th in our retail store, online store, on tap in The Saloon and at kick-ass beer bars throughout Ontario.

We teamed up with MORCA (Muskoka Off Road Cycling Association) to brew this incredibly sessionable IPA. James, our production manager, is an avid rider and we realized just how lucky we are to have such a robust, off-road trail system right in our own backyard, here in Muskoka. MORCA is a not-for-profit organization, run on memberships and donations, so we’re supporting the trail system by contributing a portion of all proceeds from the sales of this beer to help MORCA maintain the trails. The folks at MORCA envisioned a beer that was perfect after a good long ride, so we came up with this super hop-forward session IPA that focuses on big aroma and flavour, but keeps things low-key in the abv department. The beers’ namesake is for one of MORCA’s bike trails here in Muskoka. Plus, our twisted sense of humour got the better of us, we couldn’t resist the lamp post reference – it was right there. Gnarnia does everything it promises, it quenches that thirst and brings you all the hops you can handle.
