This light summer saison is based off a simple and approachable mash bill of pilsner and flaked wheat. Using our house saison yeast strain, we dried this beer out to make it super drinkable and easy to enjoy on a summer’s day. We added a hit of fresh lemon zest and the spicy zing of crushed pink peppercorns, making this beer the perfect companion to lazy evenings on your deck spent watching the sun go down.
7 Weeks of Staying Up All Night is heavily can-conditioned. For best results, leave it refrigerated overnight to let the sediment settle, then pour slowly into your glass and leave the last ounce in the can. Next, admire and enjoy!
Available Thursday, June 20th at the brewery, online store, on tap in The Saloon and kick-ass beer bars throughout Ontario!

Music and weather have always been a source of inspiration for me, I think we’ve already seen a few releases named after songs and seasons… and hey, I’m goin’ back to that well again baby!
The song Summer Wasting by Belle & Sebastian is all about those perfect 7 weeks of summer. School was off, you were completely free and anything was possible. The days were long and the nights were longer. If you close your eyes, I bet you can picture it perfectly. We all know this feeling, right?
I wanted to capture that feeling in a beer. Something as light and breezy as a summer evening. Something you could enjoy while the hours passed watching the sun go down. Something that reminded you of those perfect summer evenings that seemed to stretch on forever.
